Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Glowshot AI ("we") collects when you use the App and how it is used.

Photos you upload

When you generate a portrait or video, the photo you choose is uploaded over an encrypted connection to our server and passed to our AI processing partner (kie.ai, which runs Google, ByteDance and Kling image/video models) solely to produce your result. Uploaded photos and generated results are automatically deleted from the processing servers within 24 hours. Results are stored only on your device; we do not keep copies and we never use your photos to train AI models.

Account

The App does not require an account. We identify your installation with an anonymous device identifier to enforce fair-use limits and to count your free generations.

Data we collect

• Usage data: which style was generated, timestamps, processing time, success/failure, and the anonymous device identifier — used for limits, cost monitoring and improving the service.
• Crash and error reports: collected through Sentry (device model, OS version, app version, stack traces). No photos are included.
• Purchases: subscription status is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details.

What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party ads.

Retention

Uploaded photos and results: deleted from servers within 24 hours. Usage logs: up to 24 months. Crash reports: 90 days.

Your rights

You can delete all generated content from the App at any time (Account → Delete all my photos & videos). To request deletion of server-side usage data linked to your device, or for any privacy question, email support@glowshot.me with your device id (shown in the Account screen). EU/EEA users have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
